It's attitudes like Cruise's that lead suffering mothers to do something terrible that they wouldn't do in their right minds. <BR/>When we as a society recognize PPD as a disease and treat it without stigma, we all win. When idiots like Cruise start spouting off like he is, it makes that mom who's not sure what's wrong with her have even more doubts and self-mistrust. <BR/>I have to laugh at Brooke's comment today: "I doubt that Mr. Cruise has ever suffered from post-partum depression." I hadn't checked it all weekend, and WOW has there been a lot of comments! <BR/><BR/>I have been on Paxil for quite some time and it has worked wonders for me. I think that therapy should go hand in hand with medication, of course, but for Cruise to think that you need NEITHER one is irresponsible and uneducated. I agree that I will NEVER watch another one of his films.
