I think it is a great plan! And, for the record, I am totally jealous of your "Doncha wish your girlfriend was hot like me" search status.
:( I am a random googler in search of Borders Chai. This entry showed up early in the search. I am hurting for the lack of my favorite chai. If you ever get a group of people together for a website or something bemoaning the loss, or can find someone who'll give up the recipe, pleeease e-mail me. I'm dyin' ovah heah.

Heya! So there is this company called "Tastefully Simple" that is kind of like Mary Kay for food. My mom in law was hosting a party for tasting and they have this chai that I am pretty sure is the Borders Chai remarketed. It tastes almost identical and has key same ingredients (I compared labels) like Madagascar bourbon vanilla. It is pretty darn awesome and satisfied my longing for the good ol' chai days.
