What's better than Cake Batter frozen custard? (NOTE:MALE READER WARNING, MORE FEMALE TALK)
A Cappuccino Brownie Sundae made with Cake Batter frozen custard.
My food-related lifestyle change is in serious jeopardy. Thank goodness Cake Batter only comes around once a week (and perhaps the sundae flavor will only be around for the month?)
My period has GOT to come back soon, folks. My hormonal cravings (because that's what these feel like) are OUT. OF. CONTROL. I keep thinking this means the return of Aunt Flo is imminent, but still she tarries.

Tarry is such a good word. And I feel for you on the Aunt Flo thing - when you're hoping (longing, even) for Aunt Flo, you know the hormones have completely taken your body hostage. Hope she arrives soon!
And when she arrives, she does so with a vengeance.
As I write, I think of a funny routine in a dorm room of yesteryear, taking my life into my hands to dance across the room and drop a capsule of happiness (a.k.a. Midol PMS) into a suffering roomie's hand.
I'm feelin for ya sista! Those cravings are so INTENSE. Just thinking about what you want makes you salavate.
I hope it arrives soon.
Jur! Just the thought of that memory never fails to crack me up. You were indeed lucky that I did not turn on you. It was just the way you were already dancing around the room, and you did not even hesitate when you picked up the happy pills and danced on over to me.
And thus introduced me to the greatest drug ever invented (second only, perhaps, to the SSRIs that are keeping me sane!)
Hormones...we moan when we have too many and we moan when we have too little -- but both occasions we have good excuses to eat chocolate!
I love kalki's line: the hormones have completely taken your body hostage - best way I've heard it described ever!
Mine came back today....ICK! Why are we women so cursed?? I'd like to see a man deal with PMS :)
