Computer geek-in-training

I can hardly believe my four-year-old knows how to operate a mouse. When I was four, I had never even heard the word "computer", I don't think, let alone seen one or OPERATED one.
I love how she's so tiny that she has to rest her feet on the place where you're supposed to put your knees. I love that, like her mama, she keeps a drink handy while she's working on some important project. (Blogging, coloring a 'net picture, they're both important). And I especially love that HER drink is in a sippy cup so if she knocks it over (also like her mama often does), it won't drip all over the keyboard and/or CPU. (especially since that is my dad's computer and not mine).

Amazingly beautiful child doing amazingly things on the computer.., how proud you must be!
She is beautiful! And, holy smokes, we have that same kneeler chair, and Aidan (yep, he's 4) sits on it the same way!!
Then I read some more of your blog, and:
1. I have been dying to get to Borders to do exactly what you do. We have one 3 miles away, and I sadly wave at it about every day.
2. The only magazine I subscribe to now is Real Simple.
3. I. Love. Chai.
Thanks for stopping by! I'll have to keep up with you!
YEP! Ditto ditto ditto....Borders for coffee and relaxation (I like coffee but can you believe I have never tried Chai? I surely MUST)
and I like Real Simple magazine too. This outing is my favorite Sunday afternoon. Your daughter is charming! =)
Now that's one gorgeous child! Well done momma! Smart and precious.
Hey, I just popped over here from my blog. Wonder what's up with all the spam today? Me, Summer, Squirl...yuk. Thanks for looking out for me! Now I'll go read your post:)
Audrey is beautiful. This pic reminds me of way back when LG was a toddler and we had "lapware," that she could sit with us and match the colors, shapes, etc., when she was just a tot. They grow much too fast.
Kids and computers now a days. I was clueless until 9th grade, and we had those big, huge mammoth computers in the classroom. Ewww.
