WHY I'm not in love

(or why I can't be, not yet)
(and Susie, I didn't even know that was a song. Too funny. I'm not up on crap...er, POP music these days!)

1. We don't have a down payment yet. Not enough for this one anyway.
2. We don't want to move until the end of the school year.
3. The house is just a tad out of the upper limit we're willing to spend. Really, just a tad. If they lowered the price, Leo says we could make an offer. But he wants them to lower it first.
4. We have to sell this house first (and see #2). We have a few things to fix on this house before it's ready to be sold, mainly, a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Those are coming soon, though!
5. Even if we had a down payment and school was out, there is no way we could afford two mortgages, especially since it will probably double when we move.

Too much could happen before all five of these statements are no longer true. Like...someone ELSE could (gulp) buy Hilger House. I hope not. But it's a long time between now and the end of May, which is the earliest we could think about moving.

Aislinn's birthday is this week, so I will post her birth story in a few days.
