I can't help it, they didn't have these (not that I knew about, anyway) with my two girls. I'm going to put a ticker on here somewhere (if I can make it fit). But, I'm going to let you, my faithful readers (all five of you) vote.

And let me also add that I do not in any way consider due dates exact. There are several different ways of calculating them, but when it comes down to it, the baby comes when it's ready. Believe me, you'll know if I'm "overdue" because I'll be griping about it ;)

I'm with sheryle, one of the two that tells just how many days (if you're going to have a ticker, it may as well be specific) and how many days you have left.
Design-wise, I like them in the very order that you listed them. But I suck at math, so it would be helpful if the one you choose tells us how much time is left.

I really like the 4th one. That is too cute. Also, I wanted to comment on the '4 posting is one day' thing. That cracked me up.

I always wanted to tell her to get a blog, yet didnt want to disclose mine. The last entry she made- so very funny. She is pee your pants funny.
Yes, each pregnancy is different as each child is different. Its amazing how different! My two are night and day- if I had another, it would be different then them, yet how? It amazes me. With your two girls, you see different. Its going to be so neat to see what God brings you in this new precious bundle.
I'm going to be praying for you, for the new love growing in you, for peace, for enjoying this time instead of worrying.

I like #s 1 and 3 the best, although to be honest, neither one really fits the theme of your page.
If I had to pick one, I'd say #1.
