No go

We are not getting the house. And I am pissed beyond words. SOMEONE let some friends talk him into believing that 8-foot ceilings would make the house impossible to resell (never mind that we are planning to stay in the house a long time; how can anyone know what will make a house easy to sell in 20 years?).

This house has everything we want. But I guess cathedral ceilings are more important. What do I know? I'm not a Realtor®.
