Darn ticker!
Argh....
Yes, I realize the ticker never showed up in my profile at the top of my page. Don't ask me why. When I go to edit my profile, the link is always in place of the stuff about being a Sinophile, etc. You can always see where I am currently by clicking on "view my complete profile". But for today, I'm posting it here for you to see.

My energy does seem to be coming back. I went back to Curves again yesterday, and have been spending far less time on the sofa. And the midwife was here yesterday, and though I only usually let her listen to the heartbeat with the doppler once when it's first possible (and then listen with a standard fetoscope thereafter), I was sufficiently stressed to ask her to listen with the doppler again this time.
150 beats per minute. Loud and strong. Bonus: Leo was here to listen this time too :)

He also, when he was measuring me, prodding around painfully in the nether regions, said, "This baby's resting right on your pelvic bone. That has to hurt." Why, indeed, it does, and so kind of you to mention it so I don't think I'm just completely nuts. I guess if they're not cracking your ribs, they're doing something else...
