Loose tooth!

Audrey has her first one! She just discovered it minutes ago. Since she's the youngest in her class, most of her friends have already started to lose their teeth, and I think she was starting to despair of it ever happening to her.

When it comes out, I will post a picture. I can't remember how long it takes! In my memory, it seemed to take forever to lose mine.

Oh...and we closed on the house today! Took some boxes in afterward, figured out what will need cleaning (mainly just the two bathrooms that weren't used much, kind of dusty), and started a shopping list. More bathrooms and more entryways mean we need extra plungers, toilet brushes, and door mats. And we have four different keys (one for each door), so I'm going to have to get KEY markers, or whatever they're called, to keep track of what key goes to what door!

We're going to take a few boxes every day, but we officially move on Saturday. From that day on I'll be without internet service for a few days...what am I going to do?!? Hoping I can survive a few days without e-mail.

Congrats on the closing...hope the cleaning/moving aren't too strenuous.

Your daughter will likely lose the tooth while busy doing something else...things seem to happen that way. Hope the tooth fairy is generous ;)

#1: I would suggest getting new locks and having them all rekeyed to the same key. We're just doing it now, and it'll be very nice to have ONE key for all the doors. (They'll do it for you at your local hardware store or home improvement place, rekey the locks I mean).
#2: TOOTH losing. I still dream about it (nightmares really). Anyone want to weigh in on what that means? Hope Audrey loses it well (and not too forever long in it going). Tim's first tooth fell out in the shower, and apparently he wanted his dad to take the drain apart to retrieve it.
#3: Moving. We'll see someone Sunday evening. my guess is it'll just be Leo?

I was going to say what Jur said about having all the locks matched to one key. Less weight, jangling noise, and hassle.
When we moved in here, there was a key to the front door, back door, and garage. Errgghh! I was juggling baby, diaper bag, 3 year old cross-legged hurry. Even with colored plastic markers, that situation lasted one week, and I was calling the locksmith.
I wanted all the locks replaced anyway, since the house had been a rental for a couple years and I didn't know who or what might happen by.
Congrats on the loose tooth. It's just as well it takes awhile. She'll be seeing a dentist often enough over the years.
